These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ApkTrusted ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ApkTrusted website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.   • APK Analysis Tools: Technical analysis capabilities for examining APK file contents, permissions, and metadata
  • APK Decompilation Services: Tools for reverse engineering APK files for educational and development purposes
  • Application Information: Metadata, descriptions, screenshots, and other information about Android applications

We act as an intermediary service provider and do not develop, own, or control the applications available through our Service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Verify that downloading and using APK files is legal in your jurisdiction before proceeding
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of application developers and content owners
  • Use downloaded applications in accordance with their respective license agreements

Prohibited Activities: You expressly agree NOT to:

Our Content: The ApkTrusted website, including its design, layout, graphics, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Submissions: By submitting any content, feedback, or suggestions to us, you grant ApkTrusted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such submissions into our Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You acknowledge that downloading and installing APK files carries inherent risks, including potential security vulnerabilities, malware, and device damage. You assume all responsibility for evaluating the safety and suitability of any downloaded content.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APKTRUSTED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any damages caused by third-party applications or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

  • Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ApkTrusted regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
