I had problems with the app (it wouldn't open) I cleared the app cache & it started working again. I love these puzzles! I've been doing these for years & had to give them up after 2 surgeries on my right hand (I can't write very long anymore) Penny press is my favorite thank you! Now that I can get them on my phone I can finally do them again. The price for the volumes is very reasonable. (Almost half the cost when ordered by mail). I hope you keep them coming I do lots of them!

If you complete the puzzle but there is an error - usually due a typo - you get a message that the puzzle is not solved correctly. That is fine. However, that message counts as a "hint" and cost you an trophy icon. Very very frustrating when I complete the puzzle without hints and I get penalized anyway. The message that is isn't correct doesn't point out where the error is, so not a hint. *Update* I figured out what happens is that the cells to enter in letters is so close to the lightbulb it is very easy to accidently hit the lightbulb hint. Frustrating but not a huge problem since you don't unlock anything or gain any benefit by not taking hints.

this app is pretty good if you enjoy acrostics but is hard to work with on a phone screen. acrostics need more room. if you have a tablet it would probably be much better.

The screen is so dark I can't read it. I prefer the list as it was prior to the update. Can I go back? And as we say in IT Land, if it ain't broke, fix it till it is.
