Excellent magazine, with well-considered and well-written articles in a fairly easy to navigate format. I look forward to resubscribing. However, it took me ten months to gain access after I had subscribed, with maybe 20 letters to the publisher and customer service and no response at all. Eventually I thought to write to the app developer and they got me. I may have just been unlucky, but please be aware there's a risk in dealing with a customer service that doesn't service customers.

Don't bother with this app. After subscribing and signing into the app, it only gives the option to subscribe or buy. The faq says to choose "read" or "download". Those options are not available. If you try to contact them, it limks to your email, but there is no email address to send to. If I could contact someone, I would cancel my subscription. It's a rip off from what used to be a great magazine.
