Digizorg is your personal care assistant. The app gives you easy insight into your medical data and control yourself.
The app can currently only be used by patients of Erasmus MC. Other healthcare providers will soon follow.
What can you do with the app?
View your appointments
With the app you can see which appointments you have. This is useful, so you always have the latest overview.
Measure at home and pass on
Measure your weight, blood pressure and heart rate at home and report them via the app.
Complete questionnaires
Complete questionnaires via the app. This way your healthcare provider knows how you are doing.
View lab results
You can view your lab results with the app.
This app is in full development. New functionalities are being added all the time.
Privacy and data processing
We keep all data that we collect from you in the Digizorg app secure.
