3. SkyPeople's Origins
It began as a community service within Seoul National University, with the goal of creating a space where single Seoul National University students could find meaningful connections and connect with like-minded individuals. Currently, the "SkyPeople" service caters to people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Since its launch in 2015, SkyPeople has achieved success, with 600,000 verified members, news about married couples, reports from 25 major media outlets, and thousands of posts on the workplace community Blind.
Unlike other services, SkyPeople offers a "safe and verified" service.

I have been using the app for two months without any issues. The app is very readable and organized, orders always arrive on time. Their customer service is truly top tier. The best customer service I have ever come across in Egypt. It is very comfortable to order on the app and find the items in the box the next day. Truly a great concept from the app makers.

Very professional and decent staff. All in all, an excellent experience. Just Needs improvement regarding stock availability's notifications and delivery schedules. Also a better user interface would be nice.

Sometimes they forgot my order there once when my daughter had a dish party I ordered a lot of chips but it didn't arrive and my daughter went to get from the supermarket instead but we texted them and after my daughter went to school the order arrive

The app is a good concept except nothing ever is in stock I have been waiting for a month for the same thing and even called the support team multiple times and they said they will restock it last time I messaged them they said they got it to the specialized team and still for a month straight

You'll have to pay subscription in order to make an order. It's not an expensive subscription but it's about the concept itself. Why would i pay for an app if there are other free alternatives ? Better to use other apps like Instashop or others. Also once you download the app they'll keep calling you 90 times and sending you on whatsapp till you answer to tell you how to use the app, or to know if there are any concerns or why you undownloaded. Really really annoying and unprofessional.
