Moodlight - Daily Mood Tracker users say on Google Play
I use this app almost every day. It's very simple, aesthetically pleasing, and if you purchase Plus (for super cheap!) you get access to a couple very helpful features. I love that there is a large variety of Emotions to choose from, and that you're not limited to only emotions that match the mood you initially selected. I also love that you can write your own triggers, and the app remembers them. ALSO, the Moodlight Assistant is surprisingly helpful; I recommend using it at least once.
Love the app. My favorite part is that it actually reads the notes left with each check-in and then provides personalized advice that is actually very on point and insightful The reason for 4/5 is that the app doesn't let me screenshot or share this advice in any way. I get that this is done to protect my privacy, but I'd like the option to turn this confidentiality feature off because it isn't protecting anything, just getting in my way
The app is good but there needs to be an "unsure" "other" and "none" option for all the sections. There are lots of reasons someone might be unable to identify their emotions or just feel something for no reason and that's as normal as anything else. Also, I find all the options are very limited which can make it infuriating to use. Other than that, it's a good app.
I mean, other than almost everything costing money and the ai or whatever that thing also costing money, it's nothing special really🤷🏾♀️its meh
