Music Theory Companion users say on Google Play
Useful app for reinforcement of music theory, quick references (with the means to try out the concepts) and expand your knowledge. You need to have some theory background, as it's not a teaching course in and of itself. Though you can learn more with it to enhance your knowledge of theory, as well as fill in some blanks. It covers a wide range of "tools" that may be a single app from other sources. It's like a complete toolbox. Kudos to the developer of this app.
Hello. I'm not too sure if I'm using the app correctly, but it seems that I can't hear any sounds play at all. The only time I hear something is when I go through the playback of the grand piano feature. Because of it, the entire app experience, for me, was lost. This might be a bug or a performance issue. I want to give this app a second chance, because it does look pretty promising to use. Edit: It works now!
Great app however recently that advertisements are getting too invasive and opting out of the mountains of advert tracking in the privacy options just takes far too long so I've uninstalled. To be clear, I can live with adverts. It's the inability to opt out of tracking easily which is the problem.
βDisappointedβCan't Hear Anything! βI was really looking forward to using this, as the layout and features seem great. However, I can't actually use the core functions because there is no sound. The metronome is completely silent, which defeats the purpose of the app. Until this major audio bug is fixed, it's just a visual interface and not a functional tool.
Not sure how this app has such a high rating. The first two tools I tried, it went straight to intrusive full screen video ads I had to sit through for 30 seconds. That makes it completely unusable and a waste of time for me.
