I've honestly loved using this app to plan my husband's surprise party. It's very user-friendly, easy to work, makes collaboration simple, and it features most of the things you want to keep in mind when putting together an event. My ONLY real gripe is that there isn't a desktop site or version for when I'm at home and not on my phone that allows me to work from a computer or laptop. Otherwise, it would be kinda perfect.

For my mom's Last Party (she didn't want a funeral), I tried every party planner app available and this was the only one that was helpful. It's a bit basic and not always intuitive , but useful. I loved the budget and vendor sections. The checklist could display subtasks that needed to be done better. The schedule could use a "completed" option. The main reason I only gave it 3 stars is there is no food/menu planner. I made food planning work with the checklist w/subtasks, but it was a pain.

I tried to use this app to help me plan my daughter's birthday party and it only allows you 20 guests to be added to the invite list before you have to pay for premium to add more. Who only invites 20 people to a party?! The checklist might be helpful to some but you have to input everything you need manually also instead of selecting options from a list so if you forget something it's still on you.

I have already created a birthday poster and needed something to track guests coming. However, I don't have everyone's number, as some are my partners side of the family. It would had been great if I could send a link and they could rsvp themselves and names of members of their family. I selected my bf as a test guinea pig on the guest section, and he said he didn't receive anything via text or email. So this app has been useless for me, and I will have to resort to good ol' pen and paper.
