Totally frustrating experience trying to sign up for the app as an existing rewards user. Followed the website instructions exactly. But the app insists my rewards card details are incorrect. Gave up, if you introduce a new app. Then having it register existing users should be an easy experience. Not the cack handed way you want people to try...... UPDATED.... After being contacted by Customer Services they have finally sorted it out. I still feel the process could be made easier. But Julia F, thankyou for helping me out

Tried to sign up, but it didn't send me the OTP code eventhough tried it so many times.

Not all menu items are in the App. It can make ordering a lot of things quicker, or help to browse if you don't know what you want. Huge flaw in the process: After ordering and paying, you STILL HAVE TO QUEUE UP WITH EVERYONE to collect it, by which time the food put aside for your order isn't hot any more.

25% of the time the store doesn't make the order in advance so you still have to wait or leave without your order because you don't have time to wait which is why you used the app. The stock is not updated for lines sold out so instead of letting you know, they decide what you're having. No apologies, no explanation. I am still yet to receive any refunds where I've paid in advance and the order hasn't been started before I've arrived so I don't go there any more
