The app always bugs out when I am making a payment.

Forced to use the app for ordering. Past review was because the App had been changed completely. No prompt to update old app, and no information anywhere to be found, but guessed and realised there was a completely new app. Currently, end of November 2025, the app has improved, BUT still lags and stops responding during the ordering process. App menu is confusing - seems to be 2 menus that get mixed up and app stops responding. Try some UX testing.

It just hangs. Every time. Indefinitely. Super annoying when you want to use their advertised promotions but can't 😤 Update: yes, I checked I was running the latest version available from the Play store. Clearing cache didn't help either. I ended up uninstalling, and re-installing, which fixed it... for now. So it's not an issue of having the latest version or not, its that the app poor backward comparability with it's own data, and fails to handle its own internal errors gracefully. Do better.
