I really liked how easy this app is to use. Nice to have a little money in the app & easy to add more if necessary. City of Melbourne has unfortunately chosen another provider which has left me a) very disappointed b) needing to recoup my banked amount. Please email me regarding my owed funds. I beg that you don't send me a cheque!!!!! I arranged kitty bank via electronic funds. Please return same via electronic funds. I am not in the big four banks. My nearest depository is over 50km away.

The autonomic top-up method is terrible. The balance threshold and minimum top-up amounts are both $5, meaning you are immediately charged on putting in your card details, which is necessary to use the app at all. Worse yet, this initial $5 can never be used as it tops up once it dips to $4.99. The EasyPark app is so much better with the pay-as-you-go system, rather than having to keep $ credits on the app itself.
