fast and convenient, the bank is great, and the only problem is that the ATM withdrawal is too low. you can't withdraw 1000 euros a day.

The app has been working well. But yesterday I tried to use it and it keeps asking me to update the app, but when it redirects me to the Play Store, there's no update option and I can't open the app without updating it.

Really bad app, i sent a transfer as fast transfer, after 7 hours i got a success notification, I entered the app and found that still not sent I am writing after 3 hours from this notification, still nit received. Also I sent many contact emails, no reply. App have connection issue.

I couldn't log in to my account, because the app kept asking me to update it, even though it was updated. I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app in hoping to fix the issue, but instead it asked me to verify my identity for the new device, even though it's the same device. And when I submitted my identification it was rejected. And support isn't even replying. now I'm having another issue filling the KYC. smh.
