The Catholic Bible canon differs from the Protestant Bible canon: The Old Testament of the Catholic Bible has seven more books considered true or canonical and accepted by the Catholic Church. These books have come to be called Deuterocannonic and are: Tobias, Judith, 1 Maccabees, 2 Maccabees, Wisdom, Ecclesiastics (or Sycharides) and Baruch.
