What is Salary Bonus?

The salary bonus is an annual benefit paid to workers in private companies and public servants who receive, on average, up to two minimum monthly wages.

This bonus is paid annually to a specific group of workers who must have worked at least 30 days in the previous year, received an average of up to two minimum wages and have been registered for at least 5 years.
