Instalei esse aplicativo porque depois de meses sem conseguir acessar o Neoenergia Elektro, fiz uma avaliação negativa aqui e me falaram que o aplicativo mudou (avisar os clientes para que?). Contudo, os problemas em relação ao aplicativo anterior continuam: sempre que eu tento acessar recebo a mensagem "Aconteceu um erro inesperado em nosso sistema. Por favor tente mais tarde". O pior é que tudo hoje depende do aplicativo, pq o atendimento é péssimo, e o login nunca funciona.
