O app e o serviço em si funcionam de forma competente, só tem um defeito: os planos em si. Se vc fizer as contas, vai ver que compensa ser pré do que Easy, devido ao preço menor, com a mesma quantidade de internet ou até mais, se vc recarregar pelo app da vivo, devido ao bônus. Ainda tem o Vivo Bis, que passa pro mês seguinte a internet que sobra. Então, os planos deveriam ter mais benefícios, já que as próprias promoções pré da Vivo têm mais vantagens, e por preço levemente menores.
