The SEVEN app provides convenience, security and transparency for condominiums.

Through both the SEVEN website and app, residents, building managers, board members, employees, and service providers can perform their tasks and organize their routines simply, quickly, efficiently, and above all, anytime, anywhere.
Available resources range from simple management of outstanding invoices to opening building doors using the integrations available in the app. All with the same login and password, receiving push notifications for more important issues, online access, and real-time updates. With SEVEN, condominium life is much smarter!
Features (vary according to the plan enabled):
- complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets, and other residents of the unit.
- Communication between the building manager and residents, including managing pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation).
- Reservations for the party room, moving, and other appointments
- Access to the internal regulations and other condominium documents
- Monthly fee payment slips - Interactive monthly accounting with attached receipts and online approval of the folder
- View of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
