The application allows requests for indemnities paid by DPVAT referring to traffic accidents that occurred from January 1, 2021, involving land-based motor vehicles, in the national territory.

In the application, it is possible to request a death claim, total or partial permanent disability compensation and reimbursement of medical and hospital expenses.

It is also possible to follow up your request and ask questions about the necessary documentation to include an order and other information about DPVAT.
