Yesterday I travelled from Coimbatore to Bengaluru by Intrvity travels, i really enjoyed the travels and the staffs response was nice and Coordination was too good and the travel arrangements was also pretty good. Break spot is also fine and hygiene. I always prefer intrcity for their on time departure and arrival. I also recommend to chose intrcity for travels.

After booking they are not sharing the ticket details and driver details. When we contact customer care it's not at all connecting to a service executive. They have to update this for a better customer experience.

Please use low beam lights inside the bus, as high beams can cause discomfort to passengers.

I booked bus from goa to Mumbai. It was a nightmare for me. First got a call from captain that my boarding point is changed. So I got to new boarding point . New boarding was on highway where we have stand for two hours as bus was delayed. Also when I called several tym no one picked up the call . I got paniced as I was with my family on highway. Then later I got call now bus is going to old boarding point now. Just it was pathetic service I don't recommend this travel to anyone. Dont lie reply.
