please add the option of extending the time. Now, once two hour time is finished we need to enter the parking number again which is annoying. if you add the extend button, it would be great.

on the parking map feature, it would be good if each "dot" indicating a spot included the spot number when you click it or zoom in to max. it would be good if the app map could integrate into gps to navigate you to a specific selected spot and auto-switch you to the next-closest open spot if the original spot gets taken in interim. Why do I pay 7 cents per transaction when the government saves on no cost of collecting coins anymore? Also, use Interac it's FREE so no credit card merchant fee.

we don't get the full time that we pay for. many seconds are deduct from the moment we click to pay! not nice

Not sure why they replaced a perfectly functional app. None of the features are new, the interface is essentially the same and any minor differences could have been a simple upgrade to the old app instead of wasting everyone's time making a new account. Plus, this version won't even let me add payment methods so it is glitchy and unusable at the moment. eta: it glitches and freezes when I try to add a payment method via both "add payment method" and "pay for a spot" screens.
