I like keeping up with event's,story, news and so much more. I had no real problems with using this app. The only little problems, I had was with the loading part for the News videos, it take it's time loading but it's not a big deal. The second problem is like a little Lag swiped when swiping up or down the screen, it's not really "noticable" but you can tell a little bit of a skip going on when swiping. I am not sure, if it's just me or not on this app. who knows 🤷

I want to thank you for the app when the other corporation doesn't have one unless I pay for it. Usually you run one ad on most stories. Why four ads on a two minute video? For some reason your app uses a lot of data. Is it possible to reduce the number of ads? Thank you

Way, way, way too many commercials. Literally minutes of commercials to get on to the live TV feed, then more commercials one story in. This is not feasible. 15 second commercial for each story (not on feed) is reasonable. Live feed already has ads in stream; you don't need to put three minutes of ads to even access those feed ads. FFS.

Sorry but the latest version of the app is really a downgrade. 1. We've lost the list of headlines that allowed us to decide which news items we want to read. Instead we have to scroll through news items we don't to see to get to an item that we do want to see because headlines are now mixed in with the news items themselves. 2. Scrolling WITHIN an article or scrolling TO THE NEXT article is unreliable. Many times I tryto scroll to the next item and find myself still in the current news item.

App is not highly usable. When I am scrolling down an article (by swiping up), the next article often pops up. what the heck. Who designed that UX feature or thought it was a good idea??? It is so annoying and happens so often and there is no way to turn off the swipe feature/bug. The newest update just made this worse, not better.
