It could be okay... I load the app, I can scroll but the buttons sometimes respond but most times isn't responding. Only this app is doing this on my phone (Alcatel that's about 3 years old). I would really like to access this information regularly. Is there something that can be done about this? I'd really like to continue using the app.

I don't really see much use for this app other than the chat feature. Should just be a webpage as each link in the app sends you to one outside of the app. Likely a big waste of money to go the app route. There aren't even synopsis' within the app for each feature, you have to go to the external pages. The last thing a small business owner needs is another app. There should be a small business account in which you can accomplish all things from that directly.
