First recycle pick up was confusing. This app said it was a paper pickup. Ottawa Services said it was a Container (blue box). The app was incorrect but the same day, the 2026 schedule was corrected. Thank you for your fast service.

I thought it should have more data about recycling. updated types of plastic, where are the customers taking toothpaste containers etc. make it more enticing, since we've recycled for over 35 years. the app appears to treat recycling is new. the calendar is cool, but 1 piece of paper has worked for years. So I'm so-so.

The recycling schedule doesn't match the City's No communication from the company on the issue unless you go digging to find it.

Uodate: I hope this miserable, lying company is fired. I've deleted this obnoxious app from my phone. It's very annoying. There is little customization. All I want to see when I open the app is the calendar - not an unending, relentless stream of quizzes. Also, the phone number provided in case of missed collections is incorrect and does not match the one on their website. When you call it it's a spam number.
