Handheld Contact API lets you view and manage your communications with your Act! contacts (call, email and text), activities, opportunities, and more from our feature-rich Android app. Notes and History items are on demand.
Handheld Contact API is an on-premise application, meaning all your data is synced to your local device and available securely offline, wherever you go. When you’re back online, Handheld Contact API intelligently syncs your Act! data between configured mobile devices and Act! computers. And when you make changes to Handheld Contact API while online, the master database is updated immediately!
- A current Act! subscription with Act! v18 or higher is required, with each HHC user having “Web API” permission. Act! Pro or off-plan Premium users are NOT eligible to use Handheld Contact API.
- Standard", "Manager" or "Administrator" security privileges as well as assigned WebAPI permissions.
- A current Act! subscription with Swiftpage to have access to the Web API feature.
