Clean, no bugs, no adds app. (Other than phone/plan offers) Access your account anytime. keep an eye on your data, and balance. Use bio's to sign in. Works with you phone security, and tells you when your phone no longer has the security it needs for My Account to run securely. An all around intuitive app for absolute convenience.
I would like to pay my virgin phone bill how do I do that if the information that I have is poorly done l need a phone number that I can speak to someone please
When it works, it's good. But ever since I switched to a Motorola play phone, it always crashes. Technical issue. Sorry we could not connect to our server. This app has only worked once since I got this phone. It's been months.
If I could give your app less than 1 star, I would. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and will be canceling my services with you as soon as I can set up another provider. James was the only helpful person I spoke with despite MULTIPLE HOURS on the app and with customer service for a simple upgrade. Unacceptable in all areas.
Fix the damn app log-in! Every time I launch the app, it shows a "technical issues" pop-up. The only way to get in is to wipe data and re-login. The app itself is fine, but this this problem is beyond annoying! 😡
