The Althaia app is the mobile application of the Althaia Foundation that provides the user with access to the information regarding their centers and services in an easy and intuitive way. It also allows you to check the urgency devices and the waiting time for each one, news, sponsorship activities, announcements and much more.

It also has a blog defined as 'Patient groups' that provides quality, reliable and useful content that allows you to obtain proven health information from our professionals in different fields such as maternity, pediatrics, oncology, kidney disease or diabetes, among others. ). Whenever the user has subscribed to one of these groups, the updates will be notified.

With the new version of the application, it is intended to make the activity and some procedures in the hospital more accessible and comfortable. For this reason, the Althaia app incorporates a 'Personal Area' that contains the visit citations and tests of each user, with information on the preparation to be carried out, if applicable. Through this space, the user has the possibility of requesting a change or a cancellation of the visits. It has a calendar showing the next appointments and a history of visits / tests already made from where a receipt is downloaded.

The principal user, prior authorization and / or accreditation of the power, may incorporate in their profile, other persons in their charge (parents, children, couples, etc.) of those who have to take control of the planning of visits and tests .

To complete the personal medical information, the user can connect, from the Althaia app, to the Health portal 'My Health' of the Catalan Health Service.
