Tool for sending geotagged photographs for different procedures of DUN
This action is carried out in a context of prospects for changes in the system of control of the aid of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The European Commission is studying the adaptation of the Community regulations in order to benefit from the use of technologies, which include the use of images of the Sentinel-2 satellite and the contribution of geo-tagged photographs by farmers as proof of control.
The new tool allows farmers to provide proof in case they have done a recent performance on the ground, in such a way that in the photograph, the new situation is easily demonstrated.
The objective is to provide new evidence to improve the guarantees of the pronouncement of the administration and to reduce the inspections in situ to the farmers.
FotoDUN's experience is key to being able to move forward with the use of this tool in other procedures and therefore we encourage you to use it and disseminate it.
