All servers are located in the data centers in Switzerland. A complex encryption system is used for all transmitted data and absolutely no user data is stored on the servers. Everything is absolutely anonymous.

TeleGuard encrypts every message and voice call with the one of the best encryption algorithm currently available: SALSA 20. Since our servers are in Switzerland, we are not subject to the data protection laws of the EU / USA and do not have to pass on any data.

How is my privacy secured?

HTTPS, end-to-end encryption, deletion of messages from the server after reading. No user data, neither IP address nor other, is recorded or stored.

Users should be able to make edits when a message has already been sent. And I want to know if when a user deletes a message does it also deletes in the counter party's phone. If not can you make that option available. Also delete for feature and the ability to edit a message that's been sent where you made a typo error and in the groups or channels can you make it possible for members to be interactive with other channel members. That will really boost the apps usability and attract more users

I have been a user of Teleguard for quite some time and have been proud to be a user of a messaging service that puts user privacy first. However, looking at recent developer responses to reviews I question Swisscows' commitment to anonymity and privacy. Even if those users had been members of groups where illicit material was shared, the proper avenue to handle the situation is NOT in the reviews section of the Play Store. Seems very unprofessional to me. Privacy for all or privacy for none.

APP IS NOT SECURE || Looking through the reviews, how do you know who to ban if you don't hold any ip addresses or meta data. This means they are intercepting packet data and analyzing it even though they say they don't do that. Doesn't seem as secure as advertised. I'll stick to iirc and other p2p services EDIT: In response to the dev's response, you do realize you have to assign a unique ID to users to be able to ban them and stop new accounts. Almost like you track and store data of users.
