Good for tracking full body composition analysis, with its weight machine its good
Connected easily to weight scale. Nice layout of your information. Unfortunately does not use Google's Health Connect to transfer data to other health apps.
I'm unsure which app provides more accurate measurements Fitdays or Fitdays+. I've tested both, but the readings differ between them. While both apps sync with the same smart scale, the variations in body composition data make it unclear which one to trust. It would be helpful if the developer could clarify the differences between the two apps and ensure consistency in their readings. Overall, the apps are useful for tracking body metrics, but accuracy is key for reliable progress monitoring.
It advertises that it works with Google fit but I always get an error signing up. So I switched to the "Fitdays" app (no + at the end). This works with Google Fit and samsung health. Looks about the same.
Can't connect scales. The normal (non+) variant of the app works fine. Also says I don't have an account with my provided email, when in the other app I'm signed in with that email. So apparently account doesn't exist and scales won't sync (Bluetooth on, scales turned on, not appearing).
