La Legea 61/1991 art. 2 pct. 23 indice 2, la masuri complementare ati implementat in mod eronat prevederile art. 3 alin. 3, cand in fapt la aceasta contraventie se aplica masurile conf. art. 3 alin. 4. Prevederile art. 3 alin. 3 se aplica la contraventia prev. de art. 2 pct. 23 indice 1. Va rog sa modificati. Nu este prima oara cand gasesc in app dvs. astfel de erori. Din pacate pe aceasta am sesizat-o prea tarziu...
