Love this App and the workouts. I used it for about a week and ran into some $ problems and had to cancel and get a refund. It was no issue! Now I'm back a couple months later and beyond excited to feel better again. That was the best week of my year when I started. I felt so good and light and active. I love the little animations with detailed descriptions of how to do the workouts!!
I love the app, but I wish the interface it uses to connect your smart watch was better. Mainly that it would get your true TDEE from your watch and not just your exercise calories. Also, an option to see your daily deficit based on TDEE versus calories consumed. I miss that coming from MFP to Grounds. Don't get me wrong, Grounds is the far superior app but I do miss those features.
It's ok in my opinion. The program selections are pretty limited for someone working out at home and trying to change a move mid-workout makes you have to start from the beginning again. I'm not a fan of the move timer running and not being able to stop it unless you pause the whole thing. Sometimes I need a breather and don't need the anxiety of "did I pause it? Oh no, it kept going and now the app is 5 sets ahead of me." good potential, just not worth cost for me.
Link this app to a glaxay watch! It doesn't track my steps on my phone or watch. Tried every little setting thing. 🤷♀️ i want to enjoy the full experience of what i paid for. I like the workouts and the meal scanning helpp.
Hate that they got rid of the option to switch moves in a workout. Also wish more deep core and area specific workouts. App is expensive for what you get, should be more workouts . Not really impressed after having the app aprox 6 months it's becoming boring
