อยากให้เห็นรถได้ทุกคัน เนื่องจากจะได้รู้ว่าหากพลาดไป จะมีรถตามมาอีกหรือไม่ ตอนนี้เห็นแค่คันเดียว ที่กำลังจะมาถึง ไม่ค่อยตอบโจทย์เท่าไร และอยากให้เห็นรถที่ยังจอดอยู่ที่อู่ เนื่องจากหากรอที่ป้ายใกลอู่จะได้รู้ว่ายังมีรถรออกจากอู่หรือไม่

ทำไมถึงไม่ทำให้เห็นรถทุกสายของ ขสมก เหมือน VIA Bus อันนี้ที่ทำออกมาไม่ตอบโจทย์คนโดยสารรถเมล์เลยค่ะ ไม่บอกวิธีการใช้งานด้วย ต้องจิ้มๆ ดูเองว่าเข้าอะไร ใช้ยังไง และดูได้แค่รถสายเดียว ณ เวลานั้น ความเห็นส่วนตัว คิดว่าต้องแก้ App ให้ดีกว่านี้นะคะ ไม่อย่างงั้นใช้ อันเดิมๆ ที่มีกันอยู่ยังดีกว่าซะอีกค่ะ เพราะรถเมล์ไม่ได้มีแค่ BMTA แต่ยังมี Thaismile Bus ด้วย ทำให้เห็นรถเมล์ทุกสายคงตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้งานมากที่สุดค่ะ
