I wish I could place Zero Stars. I canceled my subscription at least a year ago. It somehow updated to premium subscription, and kept charging $7+ Monthly for an app I thought I unsubscribed and deleted. I want a full-price refund on those months I thought I had been done with the app, but companies continue to prove they are scammy, thieving, selfish, and have absolutely no interest in doing what's best for their users.
