I am just so happy that there are other games like Gurk! With my busy lifestyle, simple games like this are the only way I can enjoy RPGs, because I can play them for 5 minutes at a time and still enjoy it and have a sense of progression. The first dungeon is too hard to be completed in a single expedition, but no complaints there. I like grinding 😄. I like the style of the graphics, but I wish they were more easily readable. I'll for sure buy the second game once I finish this one.
Pretty short and some difficulty spikes can be annoying by forcing you to grind for a while, pretty unforgiving at times as well if you get unlucky. Great besides that just like the Gurk games that seem to no longer be playable, especially since it's 100% free, so this is the next best thing. Will check out Bylina next
Hard and, worse, hard to figure out! Where is 'The keep?' How do I get the amulet encased in some magic? Sold the dark staff. Should I have used that? How do I put someone's ashes back in the tomb? Spend $100 both ways to cross the river, which you must do. Very frustrating. Still waiting for Gurk 4. Good effort though.
