This isn't a bad game. It's a bit hectic until you're able to hire staff. You have to be in many places all at the same time. One thing I'd find helpful, is explaining what laundry baskets go with what washing machine. There's alot of washing machines to choose from, I've got 2 if each machine, yet the machines still break down often, which is possibly indicating the wrong laundry has been put into the wrong machine. overall I've kept with the game, played many, many hours on it.

Great game, love playing it nice way to pass time. Been playing it for a while and will probably continue to do so till completion. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it still has a few minor bugs like the cleaning bot getting stuck but nothing major. I am a bit frustrated in this moment tho as I clicked save and the game said sync completed successfully and then I logged off for about 10 min and then logged back on to discover game didn't save and I lost about 2 hours of progress.

Today, I paid for the item called Statue of Money that cost $2.49, it worked for a bit but I had to take a break from playing the game and when I came back the item doesn't work anymore, I checked the shop and it's giving me the option to buy the item again which was supposed to be a one time purchase, I reopened the game and the item now disappeared from my cashier table. It's a shame cuz I bought it as a thanks since I'm having fun and now I had to refund my money otherwise I just got scammed

This game offers an enjoyable experience; however, I strongly advise against making any in-app purchases. The developer has not responded to my inquiries regarding a critical issue where previous purchases have disappeared, requiring me to re-purchase them. I recommend not making any transactions until this matter is resolved. Nevertheless, as a free-to-play game, it is an enjoyable game.
