I have upgraded my review, the game is definitely playable again. Unfortunately now there are ads every 30 seconds with no warning or way to dismiss. I understand the need for the ads and usually don't mind, but the number of them in a short time makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the game. I will step away and delete this one for the time being.

Everything on my board vanished. I had previously paid for the no ads pack and now I'm getting tons of ads since the event started. I emailed support but haven't heard back. From other reviews, it looks like this bug happens and they never fix it. UPDATE: company emailed me back and said there was an update to fix this... But the game hasn't been updated for 2 months per Google play. I waited a week to post this but still no update. I'm requesting a refund. Don't waste your time on this app.
