서버 문제로 주문이 잘못 들어갔다며 발급해준 쿠폰은 또 왜 이렇게 유효기간이 짧은지... 사용해보기도 전에 없어져서 황당할 따름... 폭염에 헛걸음했는데 열이 2배로 받네요 지도 기능도 여전히 사용 불가 상태인데... 실망만 늘어갑니다

이 앱은 취지"만" 좋고 문제가 너무 많아요. 일단 앱이 너무 버벅거림. 세번은 클릭해야 접속이 되는 알림, 결제창까지 하루웬종일 걸리는 로딩. 고쳐질 기미는 없고요. 두번째로 리뷰 검열... 솔직히 이 부분이 제일 문제에요. 카카오맵처럼 아예 리뷰를 막는 기능을 두던지 리뷰 검열은 대체 뭡니까? 해외에서도 비슷한 앱들 써봤는데 앱 측에서 리뷰 검열하고 관리하는 짓은 이 앱이 유일해요. 제대로 된 서비스를 제공하지 않는 가게는 페널티를 받는 게 맞아요 유저한테만 페널티를 지급할 게 아니라;; 그리고 마지막으로 상품이 불명확한 점. 럭키박스니까 정확히 뭐가 나올지 모르는 거 다 이해해요 백번 이해해요. 근데, 이 중에서 무언가다 라는 거 정도는 제대로 해둬야죠. 단 한마디로도 안내되어 있지 않은 상품을 받았을 때의 황당함이란ㅋㅋㅋ 그래놓고 우리는 정가보다 싸게 줬으니까 됐지 하면 땡인가요? 가게 부둥부둥해주면서 그렇게 계속 하하호호하세요 저는 떠나갑니다ㅋㅋ
