Despot's Game v1.12.2
tinyBuildAbout this app
Developer Description
Roguelike, auto-battler, deep progression, gratuitous violence, pretzels!
Let's play a game: I'll give you some puny humans, and you try to help them make it through my labyrinth. No, you won't be controlling them in battles - they'll fight automatically! My game is about strategy and praying to RNGesus, not mashing buttons. You can buy items for the humans: swords, crossbows, coffins, stale pretzels. Plus, I'll let you give them cool mutations! A few Topochlorians in the blood and some Crocodile Skin never hurt anyone. There's one catch, though: if you die, you have to start over entirely, and the whole world will be generated again from scratch. Yes, my game is a roguelike game. Well, roguelite, if you're a nerd who loves compartmentalizing us creators into strict genres.
I almost forgot: my game has a multiplayer mode, too! But I'm not going to tell you anything about it, because King of the Hill is a special secret multiplayer mode that only unlocks once you beat the game.

i dont know why this game have a bad rating. i have a great experience. i love the artstyle, the gameplay, even the puny jokes. this game have a great potential if you all want to spend some money on full version. great job dev
Really great game. Honestly fun, strategic and quite addictive. However, past month or so have been unable to access the multiplayer function (quite a large part of the game) as Google Play services said it's denying access as the game is still in development, which wasn't an issue previously.
Love the game. Was watching gameplay on pc and was hoping it came to mobile. I would pay for the whole game but it's not optimized for mobile. The buttons are too small and a little buggy. Once it gets fixed then I'll gladly buy the full game
Controls are frustrating to use; you need pixel precision when dropping items on characters but you can't see the characters because they are 1/4 the size of your fingertips. Seems like a poor port to mobile.
The game is unplayable past a certain point. Every single run ends in a fatal error where a couple units get stuck after 3 or 4 levels and prevent anything else from happening. It forces a restart and a loss of all progress. For a $20 game, that has a stable release on other platforms, this is beyond unacceptable. It's the same problem reported over 2 years ago to which the devs said they would fix and haven't. Playing on a galaxy s23 + which is more than powerful enough to run the game.
