Updated 10th July 4pm I emailed the developer and fixed the issues I was having straight away. Great customer service 👏🏻 Updated on 10th July. The last 3 updates the app has had has wiped my progress on the hospital I was currently working on. It's getting very frustrating and is putting me off this game paid for no ads, since upgrade it doesn't work I keep having to watch ads. please sort

Enjoyed the game. Paid the reasonable cost to remove ads, which enabled me to accept investments and double payouts to advance more quickly. The match 3 side game is as much a part of the game as the hospital building. Matching game is the quickest way to earn money for players in a hurry, like me, to develop their hospital. I was disappointed in there only being 3 new hospitals to advance to. Some units, like "bloodbank" are never available. Finished entire game in under a week.

the cost to upgrade the speed is insane, especially just to receive a few seconds off, and I've only been playing for 30 mins.. so far, the only thing that will lead me to deleting

game is good but upgradeung cost and treatment time etc is so high its actually a lag plesse increase the soeed of treatment and reduce rhe cist fir buikdung ither departnents.. etc abd thus will lead everyone to play this game.. so please update this game by reducing the time of treatmebt abd money for upgrades... pleaseeeeee........... if thid happens i will surely rate 5 star and comment about the game and recimmend my friendss

This game had potential, but it’s hard to enjoy with the constant ads after almost every tap. The gameplay is super basic and gets boring quickly. There’s not much strategy or depth — just waiting and watching timers. It feels more like an ad generator than a real tycoon game. Uninstalled after a short time. Disappointing.
