About this app

Steel And Flesh is an action-packed game that effectively combines medieval 3D action with strategic elements, solving the problem of monotony in the Game Action category by offering a unique blend of gameplay mechanics. The app benefits fans of action and strategy games, particularly those who enjoy medieval settings. Compared to alternatives, Steel And Flesh stands out with its 3D graphics and mix of action and strategy, but may fall short in terms of depth in its storyline. With a high user rating and over 1 million downloads, it's clear that the app has resonated with its target audience.

Pros

  • The app's high user rating of 4.3 out of 5 indicates a well-received game with a strong reputation among its users, suggesting a high level of quality and engagement.
  • With over 1 million downloads, Steel And Flesh has achieved significant social proof, demonstrating its appeal to a wide range of players and indicating a robust user community.
  • The game's medieval 3D action and strategy elements provide a unique and engaging gameplay experience, setting it apart from other action games in the category.
  • The absence of in-app purchases is a notable advantage, ensuring that players can enjoy the game without being pressured into spending additional money, thus providing a more inclusive experience.
  • The developer's commitment to updating the app, as evidenced by the version 2.2 release, suggests an ongoing effort to improve and expand the game, which is beneficial for long-term player engagement.

Cons

  • The presence of ads in the game may be a concern for some players, potentially disrupting the gameplay experience and affecting overall enjoyment, especially if the ads are overly frequent or intrusive.
  • The lack of information about the types of data collected by the developer, despite the absence of permissions, raises some privacy concerns and may be a point of concern for users who value their data security.
  • The app's requirement for Android 5.1 or higher may limit its compatibility with older devices, potentially excluding some users who cannot upgrade their operating system, thus narrowing its target audience.
  • The game's content rating of Teen may indicate that it is not suitable for younger players, which could be a concern for parents or guardians seeking a game for children, thus limiting its appeal to a broader audience.

Best for: The ideal user for Steel And Flesh is likely a teenager or young adult who enjoys action and strategy games, has a moderate to high level of technical skill, and is looking for a challenging yet engaging medieval-themed gaming experience that combines 3D graphics with strategic depth, and is willing to tolerate ads in exchange for a free gaming experience.

Great game, i would say better than S&F2. Its simple and you dont have to torture yourself with the overly complicated stuff they have there. I just wish we could establish alliance with other states be it temporarily or permanently. Generally improve some world building stuff whilst also keeping the simple features that S&F2 dont have. Also would be nice to have automated trading, just automatically sell ur produce to allied or neutral state u designated it to. NOTE: TOO REALISTIC IS NOT FUN.

Dear VirtualStudio team, I’ve been a long-time fan of Steel and Flesh 1, and I truly believe it still has amazing potential. The combat in the first game feels smoother, more enjoyable, and more balanced than in Steel and Flesh 2. The core gameplay is fun, but the game feels unfinished — like it was left behind too early. Instead of moving fully to the second game, I wish you would come back and polish Steel and Flesh 1. With updates to the AI, diplomacy, and bug fix.
