I'm pleased to say this is actually a good game to pass time. It doesn't drain your battery like most apps. There are no forced ads but you can watch ads for boosts and rewards (if you choose to). I do wish that the x2 option gave more than a 5 minute boost. You also get to complete and move onto different hospitals which is a plus.

I had fun with this cute game in the past, but now that it hasn't been updated for almost two years, I'm not sure if there's any point in playing anymore if it won't be adding more levels. 🤷‍♀️😞

Love this game. However, there is no "support" button to bring up issues, so I'll post it here. The TOP WORST ad on this game is Seafood Tycoon. This ad plays EVERY TIME, and is waaaaayyyyyyy longer than any other ad. Also makes downloads pop up, which makes me hate the game even more, not a good selling tactic. Get rid of this ad and I'll post 5 stars.

I just paid $9.99 for "No Ads", it took $9.99 out of my bank, and I still get ads, and I am still getting offered to buy no ads when I did. All I'm asking is to give me what I spend money on or just give me my money back. Once this is fixed, I'll change my review.
