I have been trying to reset my password. But I have not received any help. So after a couple of months, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled using a whole new email and username. I gave up all my points that I had, and I am starting completely over. We will see what happens this time.....

I CANNOT make this up!!! At login, upon entering my credentials it said that I do not have enough step points s to make this purchase....WHAT??? Like how am I supposed to get step points if I can't even open the app??? I'm not even going to name-call this one. Just don't...
