Grandson loves it when it works.i purchased this on my tablet,but now brought my grandson a tablet but cant restore the purchase onto his new one..his soo disappointed.

Great app my daughter loves it. Only problem is I have paid for the subscription and her favourite game doesn't work. I have sent numerous emails and received no responses.

I left my child to play this game while I went shopping and then she started crying over it glitches and spazzing out. She was playing the dress up game and started to have a meltdown. Please fix this.

I've installed the app on my sons tablet and wanted to pay for a yearly subscription, but received an error over and over again. So I've tried it on my phone and it worked. However, it is not possible to add the app to the Family Library and after I chose to cancel the subscription, it cancels only after a year. So I've paid 4,99 Euro for an app my child can't use! We love the Bing series, but what a big disappointment this is!
