Driving on a dark country road I got a flat tire, and my AAA app made requesting assistance so simple! The app provided an estimated time of the tow truck arrival, and even better, the tow guy was super cool.

DON'T BE TRICKED! I love everything about the AAA services, but the app has a harmful UX design which could trick you into either NOT requesting service you're due or paying extra for what you've already paid for. Upon logging in I'm shown right up front, in big red letters "PAYMENT DUE". This tricked me into thinking my subscription is inactive even though I'm paid thru 2026, so instead of hitting "Get Roadside", I went back out & injured myself trying to get my spare out of my car.

I used to have great experience but now when I click on it my auto insurance with AAA does not come up and I have to search and look and do this in 10,000 things before I can even get a payment made

The onboard tools are a joke. Every redlight shows a hard brake, then when I actually had a hard brake because someone pulled out in front of me, nothing.
