The freedom trail tour was great. Wife and I shared a pair of wireless earbuds which I recommend. The tour is broken into many small sections which automatically stayed as we walked to the next point on the trail. All based on gps location. It all worked perfectly, was extremely easy to use and very informative. Very cheap for a guided tour, we loved the convenience of self-paced, able to pause and go off trail if needed. Highly recommend.

There wasn't much info on each stop. If they added more richness to the content, it would be terrific.

I had high hopes for this app as we started our walking tour of Boston's Freedom Trail based on the free demo. But after the first couple of stops I realized that my $7 was pretty much wasted. The narrations were pretty superficial with no guidance or segues between stops. The map view was less than helpful as I could never clearly see my own location. Another tourist showed us the free National Park Service app, which, though it has no narration, is probably just as helpful.

I wasted data downloading and installing this app. It doesn't do anything unless you pay money. It's ridiculous!
