UPDATE the problem seems to be fixed. Love the game. Love the events; they keep us from getting bored. Hope you'll repeat the coffee shop event from a year or two back. I had restarted my game and lost my decor. Great game, but please fix the problem where the special offer upon game start (right now, 3 haunted houses) is unattainable. No matter where you touch on the screen, you can't buy it. This happened with the last event. I wanted to buy the special offer and I couldn't buy. Thanks

I really enjoy the game. However I think there needs to be less quests all at once and things need to be cheaper in the game as it takes forever to earn coins and money which is really disappointing and takes some of the fun and enjoyment out of the game. Wish they would make it more like how Tapped out was, that was definitely the best one out there and this one has so much potential if it wasn't so hard to get things

It's fun (I'm a big Peanuts fan) until level 35. All my main tasks require me to pay IRL $ or watch a total of 655 ads (you earn 1 Snoopy dollar per ad). I'm pretty sure I've watched more than that acquiring some characters. The other thing is if I build a new area and leave the game, when I return, the buildings, flooring and decor is not where I left it. It's its own games of finding where they are as a lot of times they're hiding in other buildings or on other tiles, behind houses, etc.

The game is cute and fun. But full of bugs and issues. every time they add a new event for the game, it messes up other game play. they seem not to care or want to fix issues. The customer service just says uninstall and reinstall. But the issues are never fixed. and you must make sure to take a screenshot of your user ID on the start-up page while the game is loading, or you will not get your progress back.
