Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Much better than the previous app for reading the newspaper. ... but every time I go to open the app, it goes to the app store page to open it! Frustrating! UPDATE: I uninstalled the app (incl. the desktop icon) and reinstalled. Problem solved.

So far more annoying than old app. Worse is asking to download app everytime I open app. Won't let do anything but go to download app. 1/18/22 update. Still asks me to download app everytime I click on the installed app. After clicking to install, it recognizes I have it, and then goes to download today's Oregonian.

The user interface feels like a bare minimum attempt to enter the 21st century, putting a scrolling pdf of the print edition that was never meant to be seen on a phone, on your phone. One or two articles you might be able to click on to read in an appropriate text format, but for many shorter articles, you're zooming in on a pdf, being directed to finish on A2, then zooming in there. Not sure this deserves to be called an app even.

HORRIBLE. I uninstalled it from my Chrome book and now it will not recognize that and will not let me install it on my new computer. The old version worked so well! Why did this have to happen. So much time wasted. I will probably go back to killing trees for the newspaper. Come on, Portland! You should be able to hire someone that can make a friendlier app!
