Does exactly what you want it to do. It is a simulation of the real stock market with very detailed and realistic aspects. It is a one to one replica of the stock market because it has every company, and each company has the same price per stock as it does in real life. It is realistic and educational. Very helpful and includes fun challenges and deep dives into how to invest, etc. There's also a really helpful AI that helps you make financial decisions in the real world.
This is an amazing way to practice trading and get insights. It has a pretty broad spectrum of investments you can experiment with. One technical issue: often, buy/sell prices do not reflect what is shown in the tracker, which is not only confusing, but can easily tank scalping efforts. I don't mean slippage... I mean, the price on the tracker says (for example) $25 dollars, I sell... at 24, even though the tracker still says 25. This means I start each trade at a sizable loss.
This app has me on the fence as I love all the information it gives on any particular stock. The ai chat bot is very helpful in answering all my questions. The one thing that irks me (reason for the mid grade rating) is that they tell you that you're on a 15 minute ticker delay until you provide certain information to finish sign in process. I decided to complete it, it seemingly asked for email or phone #. I chose email, still delayed, I gave phone # same. Now it's asking for more info.
I like paper trading and this app has been fun for that but it ignores dividend. So if that becomes any part of your strategy this app is pointless. if they update that, this app would be a ton more fun.
Got a lot of good info and I like how it's real market action but it took several minutes to buy 1 stock and im trying to buy another on Limit order and I have watched the price hit the limit several times and the order has yet to fill. Way too slow at filling orders. This shouldn't be an issue at all as it's a Simulator meaning it should be automated meaning instantly on the limit or even reeeaaal close but no. Also an issue finding the positions you are currently in
