the fansville offer haven't showed up in the offers tab tye past 3 Saturdays, but it's always on display when I first open the app

Can't Use Gift Cards, Hard To Redeem Rewards. The app doesn't have a way to plug in gift cards which puts it way behind. Also using promo codes and rewards is unnecessarily difficult. Just disappointing all around. It almost feels like they intentionally made things hard so you'd spend more money.

can't use my points I've accrued to order the sandwiches I want. one has been listed as "not available" for months now due to an ingredient change (even though I have no issue actually ordering it without points). the other one doesn't exist as an option to order using points. this has been an existing, ongoing issue for months now. what's the *point* of a *points* program if we can't order what we want?
