Love the app but it always freezes on me when I close it then reopen it later after tapping on a couple things and it becomes unusable. would love a fix for that

I find it amazing Alibaba wrote a reply instead of reaching out to solve the problem and think everything is ok. Please do not download this app or shop here. Their other store, AliExpress, just steals money from you when they refund. they protect criminal sellers who take your money and don't send out the orders. then when you complain they do nothing at all. They are storing all your DAT# and refuse to acknowledge both our freedom and our laws that protect the customer and they don't care.
